How long will it take to fix your laptop?

The majority of laptop repair are completed within 10 days but some will take longer as we require parts but we will always keep you informed of any possible delays.

Do I need to package my laptop to return it?

Our delivery team will collect your laptop, and will bring a plastic box containing all of the necessary foam packaging to secure your laptop for transit. We will package your laptop for you ensuring that it will not be damaged on delivery.
