Whilst our price is based on a standard £99.99 this is for the majority of faults to with your laptop. Until we have spoken to you and a trained technician has diagnosed the problem we’re unable to confirm the exact price. As for example in experience a laptop that has been damage in a flood would possibly be, beyond repair. Also some fail such as over-heating generate other issues with your laptop and in effect create other faults.

We therefore finding talking to you will help in diagnosing the problem and giving you an exact price with no hidden extras. We also believe in making sure that when accepting your laptop it is economically worth fixing. For example if the laptop is going to cost more to fix than replace we can advise you of this.
