The repair process
From the initial booking to the return of your laptop you will be kept fully informed on the process of the repair by our qualified technicians. Most repairs can be carried out within 10 working days. Once your booking has been placed and a date confirmed our courier service will collect and package your laptop in a secure plastic container (fully insured to £500, however additional insurance can be added). This can be from any preferred location (UK mainland only).
Once the laptop is in our repair workshop, we’ll be able to assess the problems you have been experiencing. If this is the same as previously discussed the laptop will be fixed and you will be called to arrange return. However, if any further issues or problems are encountered we’ll contact you immediately with further work to being carried out. Only once we have discussed the issues further will this take place (you are under no obligation to have any additional work carried out and if necessary we’ll just return the laptop as received from yourselves – a small return charge of £20. may apply in conjunction with our terms and conditions.)
