Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you read and understand all our terms and conditions before processing one of our services if you purchase one of our services we will assume you have read and understand all our terms and condition.
Payments
We Accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Card Payments & bank transfers (contact us for details). Payments must be received when repair work is complete and waiting for despatch. On sales of laptops and component parts payment must be received when order is placed. All items are property of electro parts and services limited until payment has been received.
Collection and delivery
Orders placed before 1.30pm will be processed and a secure box will despatched for next working day delivery, orders after the 1.30pm cut off time will be processed the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Laptop and power adaptor must be ready for the courier driver on the day of collection we would confirm this day by email. A receipt will be issued by the courier driver. If you miss the collection or redelivery of your laptop a card will be left at the premises which will tell you when the collection or delivery will be made again, the courier service will only do this process twice, after the item as been attempted to be delivered three times a charge would then apply. All deliveries are insured by the courier services up to £500 pound further insurance can be taken out up to the value of £1000 for a charge. Any insurance claims would be handled by the courier service. Electro parts and services will not be liable for any damage or loss.
Timescale
Upon receiving your laptop inspection, repair and delivery will take 5 to 7 working days. If for some reason this will take longer we will contact you with a timescale and ask you if you want to proceed with the repair.
Warranty
All our repairs and refurbished products all come with 90 days return to base warranty, all new products such as laptops, custom built pc`s & computer peripherals come with 1 year return to base warranty. The Warranty Covers All Mechanical Faults But Excludes Damage Caused By Customers, We Will Not Be Liable To Customers Beyond The Amount Of Money The Customer Has Actually Paid. All our Items Are Security Marked To Protect Against Fraud. For Any Reason You Are Unhappy With Your item You Can Return This Item Within 7 days Of Invoice, All Items Must Be Returned In Original Packaging & Boxes. Postage Cost For Delivery And Returning Any Item Is Down To The Customer Unless Otherwise Agreed (Refunds Will Be Given After We Received The Item Back, Minus The Delivery) Any Missing Parts Or Assemble Problems can be Rectified By Us Dispatching Out The Missing Parts Or Friendly Advice Over The Phone. Data and data recovery
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously therefore all hard drives that are in machines that have been traded in or recycled will be wiped and formatted With the correct software. We do not share any of our customers data or personal details with any one or 3rd party companies. We ask customers to leave there hard drives in the machine and complete the order including your account name and password this is for the sole purpose of doing a soak test and that reason only, We understand that customers data is private and confidential. If you still do not want to include the hard drive we can understand this, however this could delay your repair. All data that you wished to be backed up ie: photos, music, videos, data files ect will be subject to a charge. We will not be held responsible for any loss of data.
